You can now
automatically delete professional profiles
that have gone inactive, helping you keep your job seeker database clean and free of stale profiles.
You can enable this from
Job Board Settings > Professional Profiles > General
image
Once enabled, you can define the inactivity period after which profiles are automatically deleted, with a
minimum of 180 days
. A profile is considered active as long as the job seeker has logged in within that window.
You now have more control over who sees each section of your job board and on which devices it appears.

A new
Visibility
tab is available across sections in the
Appearance
section, allowing you to choose who can see each section:
  • Everyone
  • Logged-in users
  • Only Guests (Non-logged In)
  • Employers only
  • Job seekers only
You can also control
visibility by device
and choose whether a section appears on
Desktop, Tablet, Mobile
, or any combination of the three.
This makes it easier to tailor different parts of your job board to specific audiences and create more personalized experiences for employers, job seekers, and visitors.
You can now invite individual job seekers to claim their profiles directly from the
Professional Profiles
section.

Simply click the
three-dot menu
next to a job seeker and select the invite option to send them an invitation.
This is especially useful for private job boards where you want to control access and allow only invited job seekers to join the job board.
For job boards operating in regions where tax regulations require a detailed tax breakdown on invoices, we’ve added the option to display itemized taxes during checkout and on employer receipts.
When using the
Stripe Tax API
to automatically calculate taxes, you can enable
Itemized Tax on Receipts
under
Monetization → Tax Settings
.
Once enabled, the tax line will display the individual tax components instead of only the total tax amount, giving employers a clearer view of exactly what they were charged.

In the employer dashboard, we've added a
Manage
button to the
Billing
section that takes employers directly to the
My Products
section, where their subscriptions can be managed.

If you translated your job board to another language
, here are new/updated translations we recommend to review in your
Website Texts
section:
  • employer_account.billing.subscriptions.title
  • employer_account.billing.subscriptions.manage
  • employer_account.billing.subscriptions.count
To
hide the section
, you can simply delete the content title.
Job seekers can now
save jobs they’re interested in and come back to them later
, making it easier to keep track of jobs before applying.
You can enable this feature from: Job Board Settings > Professional Profiles > General
Once enabled, a bookmark icon will appear on job listings.

Saved jobs are automatically added to a dedicated
Saved Jobs
section in the job seeker dashboard, where they can easily revisit them and apply.

You can now make your job board fully or partially private, giving you more flexibility to run
member-only, internal, or association
job boards while controlling exactly who can access your pages.

With this feature, admins can:
  • Make the entire website private
    or select
    only specific pages
    to restrict.
  • Choose where visitors are redirected
when they try to access gated pages.
  • Add a custom message to the sign-in page
to communicate important information to visitors.
  • Control access separately for job seekers and employers
by allowing open sign-ups, requiring admin approval, or limiting registration to invited users only.
Employers can now update their
cover image
directly from the
Company Profiles
section of their dashboard.
