You now have more control over the products on employer accounts.
- Add subscription products manually:Add a subscription product to an employer account without their payment details. Useful when a deal was arranged outside the platform.
- Edit employer products:Change an employer's existing products, such as the available job count or resume database expiration. Useful for adjusting an employer's privileges as their plan or agreement changes.
How to use it:
In your dashboard, navigate to Employers
, click the three dots next to the employer, select View Products
, then add or edit a product.You can now feature and pin job seeker profiles in your database, so your top talent gets seen first. Featured profiles get a badge and a highlighted card, and pinned profiles show up at the top of the list.
How to feature or pin a profile
- Go to the Professional Profilessection in your dashboard.
- Click on the profile you want to feature or pin.
- Check "Featured"to add the badge and highlight,"Pin to top"to keep the profile at the top of the list, or both. Each checkbox has its own expiration date. Leave it empty if you want the profile featured or pinned indefinitely.
To change the badge and card colors for featured profiles, go to the "Appearance" section and open the "Profile Search" page and the "Profile Details" page. In the "Style" tab, you'll find these settings under "Featured Badge" and "Card Featured Styles".
You can now showcase your top employers with a Featured badge and highlighted cards. The badge appears on both the
Employer Search page
and the Employer Details page
, and featured employers stand out in the search results.
How to enable it:
- Go to the Appearancesection.
- Open the “Employer Search” Page and the “Employer Details” Page.
- Turn off the Hide Featured Badgetoggle to show the badge. You can also edit the badge text here.
To change the colors of the badge and the highlighted cards, open the Style tab and look under "Featured Badge" and "Card Featured Styles".
Employers can now write job descriptions with the help of AI. Just enter the job title and the AI Description Writer does the rest:
- Generates the full job description
- Assigns the category
- Adds relevant tags
- Sets the job type
Employers can review and edit everything before the job goes live.
To enable it, go to Job Board Settings > Jobs > General and turn on "AI Description Writer"
Each generation costs 3 AI credits.
Give job seekers a faster way to find jobs with
4 new Explore Jobs sections
, quick links that take visitors straight to matching listings:- Explore Jobs Columns— side-by-side layout showing several groups at once, such as top cities, regions, and countries
- Explore Jobs Pills— compact, rounded buttons that are easy to scan at a glance
- Explore Jobs Cards— individual cards, one per item, each showing its job count
- Explore Jobs Tabs— a tabbed layout where visitors can switch between Categories, Tags, and Locations.
You can find the new sections in the "Appearance" tab after clicking "Add Section > Explore Jobs".
You can now showcase your job board's real-time numbers directly on your site, with four new sections available in the builder:
- Stats Bar— a compact horizontal row of key metrics
- Stats Cards— individual cards, one per metric
- Stats Banner— a bold, dark call-out banner highlighting your numbers
- Simple Stats— a lightweight, minimal layout
You can find the new sections in the “Appearance” tab after clicking “Add Section > Stats”
All sections are fully configurable. For each stat, you can either enter a
custom value and label
, or map it to live data from the job board such as:- Active jobs count
- Employers that are hiring
- Total employers count
- Job views (last 30 days)
- Apply clicks (last 30 days)
- Submitted applications count
- Job seeker profiles count
- Job seekers open to work
- Uploaded resumes count
When mapped, the values update automatically as your board's activity changes..
If you've enabled
Tax Settings
to collect taxes from employers, you can now mark specific employers as tax exempt (for example, nonprofits or government agencies) to exclude tax from their future purchases.
You'll find this option in the
Employers
section of your dashboard. Click into an employer's profile and you'll see a tax status dropdown where you can set them to tax exempt.We've added a new combination to our auto-generated job listing pages: pages that combine a
tag and a location
together. This helps your job board rank for long-tail, location-specific keywords tied to your tags.

Improved Tags Dropdown
When posting a job, employers can now scroll through the full list of tags on their job board (up to 100) and see the most popular ones at a glance.

You can now show the
total number of matching jobs
right on your Jobs Search page. It updates automatically based on the active filters, so job seekers always see how many results match their search.To enable it: Navigate to the "Appearance" section > Select "Job Search" page from the dropdown > Enable the "Show Jobs Count" toggle
