If you've enabled
Tax Settings
to collect taxes from employers, you can now mark specific employers as tax exempt (for example, nonprofits or government agencies) to exclude tax from their future purchases.
image
You'll find this option in the
Employers
section of your dashboard. Click into an employer's profile and you'll see a tax status dropdown where you can set them to tax exempt.
We've added a new combination to our auto-generated job listing pages: pages that combine a
tag and a location
together. This helps your job board rank for long-tail, location-specific keywords tied to your tags.
image
SEO Note:
You can edit these new pages' SEO metadata from
SEO Tools > SEO Title & Descriptions
in your dashboard.
When posting a job, employers can now scroll through the full list of tags on their job board (up to 100) and see the most popular ones at a glance.

Translation note:
If your job board is translated into another language, review these new/updated keys in
Job Board Settings > Website Texts
:
  • post_job.form.job_tags.dropdown.most_used
  • post_job.form.job_tags.dropdown.search_results
  • post_job.form.job_tags.dropdown.showing
  • post_job.form.job_tags.dropdown.type_to_search
  • post_job.form.job_tags.dropdown.no_results
  • post_job.form.job_tags.dropdown.press_enter_to_add
  • Post_job.form.job_tags.dropdown.enter_to_add
You can now show the
total number of matching jobs
right on your Jobs Search page. It updates automatically based on the active filters, so job seekers always see how many results match their search.
To enable it: Navigate to the "Appearance" section > Select "Job Search" page from the dropdown > Enable the "Show Jobs Count" toggle

The XML aggregator now supports
custom fields
, not just the default job fields. This allows you to bring in additional data and map it directly to the custom job fields your board uses.
image
Supported field types include:
  • Text (All Types)
  • Dropdown
  • Multi-select
  • Checkbox
  • URL
  • Number
We've added
two new custom field types
so you can collect richer information from employers and job seekers, and show more on your job board.
To add the new custom fields, navigate to Job Board Settings > Professional Profiles > Profiles Fields
Image Upload
Add a custom field that lets employers upload images, great for workspace photos, team culture, or office spaces. Job seekers can use it too, for a portfolio piece or anything else visual that supports their profile.

File Upload
Need more than a resume? The File Upload field lets you request additional documents from job seekers, such as certifications, licenses, work samples, or anything specific to your industry. Useful for job boards where extra verification or supporting documents matter.

You can now
automatically delete professional profiles
that have gone inactive, helping you keep your job seeker database clean and free of stale profiles.
You can enable this from
Job Board Settings > Professional Profiles > General
image
Once enabled, you can define the inactivity period after which profiles are automatically deleted, with a
minimum of 180 days
. A profile is considered active as long as the job seeker has logged in within that window.
You now have more control over who sees each section of your job board and on which devices it appears.

A new
Visibility
tab is available across sections in the
Appearance
section, allowing you to choose who can see each section:
  • Everyone
  • Logged-in users
  • Only Guests (Non-logged In)
  • Employers only
  • Job seekers only
You can also control
visibility by device
and choose whether a section appears on
Desktop, Tablet, Mobile
, or any combination of the three.
This makes it easier to tailor different parts of your job board to specific audiences and create more personalized experiences for employers, job seekers, and visitors.
You can now invite individual job seekers to claim their profiles directly from the
Professional Profiles
section.

Simply click the
three-dot menu
next to a job seeker and select the invite option to send them an invitation.
This is especially useful for private job boards where you want to control access and allow only invited job seekers to join the job board.
For job boards operating in regions where tax regulations require a detailed tax breakdown on invoices, we’ve added the option to display itemized taxes during checkout and on employer receipts.
When using the
Stripe Tax API
to automatically calculate taxes, you can enable
Itemized Tax on Receipts
under
Monetization → Tax Settings
.
Once enabled, the tax line will display the individual tax components instead of only the total tax amount, giving employers a clearer view of exactly what they were charged.
