Faster XML Feed Refresh on Scale
Scale plan job boards can now refresh their XML feeds up to 6 times a day. Just set your import frequency (as often as every 4 hours) under the feed's Additional Settings, and new jobs appear on your board faster, while expired ones drop off sooner.

Auto-tagger rules now support two new conditions:
Is empty
and Is not empty
. This lets you catch jobs with missing fields during import and handle them automatically, instead of finding the gaps after they are already live on your board.
With these conditions, you can:
- Spot which imported jobs are coming in without a location, category, or any other field
- Assign a default value when a field is blank, for example set location to United States
- Reject incomplete jobs before they get published
You can now log in directly as any employer or job seeker straight from your admin dashboard. This makes it easy to troubleshoot issues, verify account setup, cancel employer subscription and see exactly what your users see.

To use this feature, go to Employers or Professional Profiles, open the ... menu next to the user you want to access, and select Log In as Employer or Log In as Job Seeker.

Webhooks
We've added support for Webhooks, allowing you to automatically send real-time data from your job board to external applications whenever key events occur.

Supported webhook events include:
- Job Posted by Employer
- Job Application Submitted
- Job Seeker Registration
- Employer Registration
Available on the Scale plan or with the API Access add-on.
You can now search for employers by the email address associated with their account, including email addresses of team members.

We've added Google Sign-In to make registration and login faster and more convenient for both Job Seekers and Employers.

Job Board Settings > Employers > Spam Filter
, then:- Enable the AI Employer Spam Filter
- Choose what happens when spam is detected
- Add context about your job board to improve AI accuracy
- Block registrations from specific email domains
- Configure notifications for flagged employers

Available on all plans. Each processed employer consumes 3 AI credits.
