Job board admins can now manage all job application fields in one place. This feature allows you to modify, remove, or reorder core and custom fields based on your preferences.
To manage not only custom fields but also core fields, navigate to "Settings -> Jobs -> Job Application Fields.

Conveniently located in the
Appearance
section of your dashboard, the builder will allow you to:
Set Global Styles
Easily apply your brand’s colors and fonts across your entire site for a consistent look.
Change Hero Template
Pick your favorite hero templates to customize the first impression of your job board.
Add New Sections
Include new sections, such as featured categories or custom CTA banners, throughout your site.
Collect More Job Alert Subscribers
Now you can add the job alert subscription form to any page on your job board.
Customize Every Element
Redesign all elements on your job board to match your branding.
Add Custom HTML Block
For more flexibility, add custom sections using HTML, beyond the available templates.

Introducing two exciting improvements to the website header:
Dropdown Menu in Header
Organize your header seamlessly by creating drop-down menus.
Simply navigate to
Website Navigation > Header Menu
and drag the nested menu items under a top-level item to display it in the main menu of your job board, with the nested items appearing in a drop-down.

Define Who Sees Menu Items
You can now create a unique navigation experience for visitors and logged-in job seekers or employers by choosing who can see each menu item in the header.

Available on all plans
Visitors will now find a list of similar jobs displayed below the job description on the job details page, making it easier for job seekers to find more opportunities.

How to Customize Related Jobs?
To update the related jobs count, or change the section’s design, you can navigate to the
Appearance
section, then
Job Details
page, and click on the
Related Jobs section
.

You will now be able to offer a free trial to employers for your subscription products.
By providing a free trial to employers, you will give them to give them the opportunity to test your job board before committing to a paid plan.
How to Add a Free Trial to Subscriptions?
When configuring your subscription products, you can simply set the trial period (in days) here:

In addition to being pinned to top on the homepage, you can now also show pinned jobs on the top of search pages

In the example above, the job is pinned on top of the
Full-time Jobs
search page. Based on its other attributes (Category, Tag, Location, etc..) it will also be pinned on top of all the following pages:
  • Marketing Jobs
  • Sales Manager Jobs
  • Remote Jobs
  • Jobs in Germany
  • Marketing Jobs in Germany
  • Full-time Marketing Jobs
  • Any text-based search result that matches it, such as
    Partnership Manager
To activate this feature, navigate to the
Job Board Settings
section, click on
Jobs > General
and enable this field:

With this new feature, you can now prioritize the visibility of
jobs that have been added by employers or admins
on job search pages by displaying them on top and then displaying the aggregated jobs.
With this feature, you can
prioritize manually added jobs
(By employers or admins) on job search pages, by displaying them before aggregated jobs.

In the example above, the employer has added a
Full-time
job with the
Marketing
category and
SaaS
tag, located in
New York
so their job will be prioritized and displayed on the top for all the following pages:
  • Full-time Jobs
  • Marketing Jobs
  • SaaS Jobs
  • Jobs in New York
  • Marketing Jobs in New York
  • Full-time Marketing Jobs
  • SaaS Marketing Jobs
  • Any text-based search result that matches it, such as "SEO Specialist."
To activate this feature, navigate to the

We've added a new setting that will allow you to hide employers with no active jobs from the
Companies
section of your job board:

To enhance user experience and make it easier for job board admins to manage their boards, we have restructured the sections in the dashboard.

In the main dashboard, you will now find dedicated sections for managing key aspects of your job board, including:
  • Taxonomy
  • Tools & Widgets
  • SEO Tools
  • Appearance
As well as a separate section for:
Job Board Settings
Opening in a new tab, this section includes all the one-time configurations you have to make when setting up your job board.
