Create a report so you can monitor how well your different aggregators are performing. Allowing you to compare how many jobs are being imported each day, week, month and year, or any with errors. This will help identify top performers as well as ones that may have issues. Ideally, you would be able to run the report for individual aggregators as well as all aggregators to identify which to keep and which can be replaced.

It would be great to have the ability to customize a promotional unit that would appear above the header and could run across all pages of the website. An example is the service provided by Hello Bar.

In my niche, employers collect all the applications by a certain date and then start reviewing and deciding who they will interview. It would be really helpful if the employer could select the deadline when they are creating the job post and have that displayed on the main search results listing page. And to take it one step further -- if you could make that sortable so that candidates can sort by the jobs that are nearing the deadline for them to submit their application. I am attaching a screenshot of a competitor to illustrate how the expiration date is featured on the listing of the job on the search results page. This site gives the employer a calendar picker to choose that date. Currently, the workaround solution on JBoard appears to be the following: Create a custom jobs field Give the employer the option to manually type in the date It will be featured on the inside of the job posting once opened However, it will not be featured on the front in the search results, nor will the job automatically expire once that date is reached.

We are currently limited to just one level of job categories/titles and that is pretty limiting. If I my job board is designed for a geographical area, then there could be dozens and dozens of categories creating a massive drop down scroll bar that can be a little clunky or cumbersome. It there a way to create an order/structured/collapsible list of job titles with the option to select multiple categories? Option 1: For example: Level 1 Category: Nurses Level 2 Categories: NICU Nurse, Emergency Room Nurse, Travel Nurse, etc. Right now, it appears that the job board owner would have to choose one or the other. Perhaps, the employer could create a custom field with drop down choices but that would be another long list. Option 2: If creating a multi-level, multi category selection structure, would it be possible to create a collapsible job category/title tree where the top level menu item cannot be checked. You could click it to reveal the Level 2 options. So, same as above but just Level 2 would be checkable? This would give board owners more flexibility in segmenting the job titles by categories and provide a better experience for job seekers, imo.

I really believe that text/SMS alerts for job seekers is much needed in the job board space. Especially for those boards that have a niche audience and do not aggregate thousands of job postings. Open rates on text messages is much higher than email. The only other job board that I am aware of that has had text alert capabilities was the now defunct HiringOpps. I was a customer of theirs a couple of years and it was a very cool feature. With that said, my board never got much traction at the time and I did not have heavy usage so I am not sure how the costs of the text messaging would be handled, etc.

On the laptop/desktop environment, the "apply" and social share buttons on an individual job post are located in the side bar. If the job has a long description and you scroll down to read it, the apply and share buttons stay pinned to the top and disappear. It would be nice if that either stayed visible on the screen or if you guys could add another apply/share call to action at the bottom of the listing. Also, it would be nice if logged in users could save jobs that they really like.

Making the location search field customizable, with the ability to limit the search to only a specific country or state.

Recommending jobs to job seekers based on the data they provide in their professional profiles.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before (I did a search), but being able to add "add-ons" to products would be amazing. Being able to create additional products to a posting that a customer can multi-select from such as "social media post", newsletter "featured job", "pinned", "highlighted" would make the product page a lot cleaner looking & would allow customers to pick & choose what they want.
