We are running a large, SEO-driven engineering job board and actively work with content quality and index hygiene. On job boards, it is common and necessary to selectively noindex certain Employer Pages (for example: recruitment agencies, municipalities, universities, holding companies, or other non-core employers) while keeping them accessible for users and internal linking. At the moment, JBoard does not allow setting meta robots = noindex, follow on individual Employer Pages. This makes it difficult to manage index quality and topical authority, which is critical for organic visibility on Google. What we are requesting: – Ability to set meta robots noindex, follow on a per-employer basis – Either via UI toggle, custom field, or backend configuration – The page should still be crawlable and links should be followed This is a standard SEO requirement for mature job boards and content-heavy platforms, and would greatly improve JBoard’s SEO capabilities without affecting normal usage.
