We are running a large, SEO-driven engineering job board and actively work with content quality and index hygiene. On job boards, it is common and necessary to selectively noindex certain Employer Pages (for example: recruitment agencies, municipalities, universities, holding companies, or other non-core employers) while keeping them accessible for users and internal linking. At the moment, JBoard does not allow setting meta robots = noindex,follow on individual Employer Pages. This makes it difficult to manage index quality and topical authority, which is critical for organic visibility on Google. What we are requesting: – Ability to set meta robots noindex,follow on a per-employer basis – Either via UI toggle, custom field, or backend configuration – The page should still be crawlable and links should be followed This is a standard SEO requirement for mature job boards and content-heavy platforms, and would greatly improve JBoard’s SEO capabilities without affecting normal usage.

Ensure protection of entire job board by implementing 2FA (two-factor authentication or multi-factor authentication) on Super Admin accounts that can manage job postings, blogs, webpages, jobs, employer database, and much more. Although 2FA is not a feature, it is table stakes as a basic security requirement for B2B customers. If a JBoard Super Admin account is compromised, a hacker can do anything they want without the paying JBoard customer knowing that their account has been breached. 2FA would put a stop to this instantly, safely, and in less than a day of development to implement. 2FA is a requirement for SOC2 and also a requirement to obtain cybersecurity insurance. 2FA is also a requirement under many company's cybersecurity policies to avoid working with any vendors that are not able to offer basic security protections for their customers. With several MFA packages available for each development framework, this is a big security gap currently. Would love to see this implemented to protect all of the JBoard direct customers and the customers of their respective job boards.

A lot of of employers have a huge amount of job posts, sometimes they want to find a specific job post and is difficult if there is no search bar to search by title.

give applicants and candidates the ability to make a profile but also to block their current employer from seeing their profile in order to increase their ability to remain anonymous

Currently we have annual, weekly and hourly as default salary frequency options but no Daily option (which is highly popular in the UK / EU for contract jobs).

Would love the ability to add the following to the main Blog page: Page Title, Content, SEO Title, SEO Description, Custom HTML Code along with being able to sort blogs by category/topic. As of right now it's a hot mess & you have to scroll to find what you want since it's sorted by date, instead of easily finding topics by category.

is there a way to be able to link to a specific page grouping the blog posts under a certain category, or the reader then being able to click a category to see only the blog posts under that one?

Geolocation to identify where the job seeker is and automatically shows them jobs within a 25M radius

The verification options required by Bing's IndexNow (such as hosting/uploading a .txt key file at the root of your domain) is not currently supported on JBoard

A great feature would be to allow Jboard Admin members to log in as employers, providing greater assistance in a customer service role. I would like to be able to see exactly what our customers are seeing on their end.
