is there a way to be able to link to a specific page grouping the blog posts under a certain category, or the reader then being able to click a category to see only the blog posts under that one?

I'd back this 100%. Internal linking to content (via categories or perhaps tags) would be nice. There aren't any options for breadcrumbs either. This would be a nice to have on the blog and jobs pages!
