Is always good selling point having a live banner with total number of employers, 30 days job views, total professional profiles etc. To give us the ability to choose from the stats you already give us on our dashboard.

Making the job board’s footer more customizable, with the ability to add a multi-column layout.

It would be desirable to list “featurted jobs” in a separate section on the homepage (max 34). The 'latest jobs' section can then be displayed below.

A job board is essentially advertising, and we need data to justify to customers why they should advertise on our boards - there is no elegant way to do this on jboard, which means we have to manually add UTMs to each job post link, so we're able to track the success of the posting. seems like a huge over sight here.

A media input field type that allows job seekers to upload more than one image to their profile, besides their profile picture.

Implementing a duplicate detection system that prevents the creation of duplicate employers; for instance, if an employer with the name "Netflix" already exists, when adding another one, the system should display a validation error indicating that a company with this name already exists.

Job seekers who are exploring job listings from their mobile phones have requested the ability to "Save" job listings. Then, once they are at their computers they can pull up their "Saved" list, then apply to those listings.

Currently, you only get the option to choose a specific city and remote. However, I believe this should be improved to be more precise on the job type by adding other options, such as On-site and Hybrid, to clarify and differentiate between them.

Ability to add a media type custom field that allows job seekers to attach files such as PDFs, Word Documents, MP4... This will be helpful if a job seeker want to upload their cover letter, and not write it manually on-site.

A great bit of additional branding on the employer profile would be to add a bespoke banner/header to each employer page rather than a single universal picture/colour across all employers.
