We cannot track success (hires / rejections); only applications. If there was a flow within Jboard for both the candidate and employer to verify if someone was hired after the application, it would help to track success rate for the employer and us as admins!

Yeah I made a separate post about this too- I was thinking basically the profiles but only for candidates who apply to just their jobs for their company. This would make it easy for them to see how many people are applying, to easily reach out to them and maybe make notes on their record that only they could read. Like "Qualified candidate" or "Do not work with"

+1 for this. A streamlined ATS feature is critical now when an employer can be getting high volume applications to their job listings
