Ability to add a media type custom field that allows job seekers to attach files such as PDFs, Word Documents, MP4... This will be helpful if a job seeker want to upload their cover letter, and not write it manually on-site.

We really need to be able to have additional elements available on the employers company page. Just having text is inadequate. Our clients expect more and we are not competitive in the market without this basic functionality. They need to be able to showcase their business with images, certifications etc.
