Job seekers can now
hide their profile from specific employers
, making it easier to be discovered while keeping their profile private from their current employer.This feature is available only when Resume Database access is enabled.
For admins
Admins can enable this option under
Profile Database Access → Advanced Settings
For job seekers
Once enabled, job seekers can add employers they want to hide their profile from. They can select an existing employer or enter a company name manually.
If the employer isn't registered yet, the profile will automatically remain hidden if they register later and their company name matches the specified name.
