This is crucial for me. Currently on a free trial, and overall very happy with the product on first impressions, but this feature would be brilliant

Yes, currently frustrating in the UK. Eg we have a large town called Bovey Tracey which doesn't appear in the drop down (but will show the correct jobs if I search anyway) but gives lots of irrelevant locations in the US. Jobseekers will be put off by this as I'm promoting the platform as local only.
