Portal admins should be able to create custom email templates & schedule them too for below scenarios -
  1. When job seeker has not completed their profile. Frequency like Bi-weekly or monthly.
  2. When job seeker has not logged in for a week or more. To check if they have got the job or not looking anymore or got the job via any other portal or reference.
