This isn't a huge deal but would definitely save time as I update jobs enmasse on a daily basis. I update the formatting of jobs before I set them live (which often includes bulleting items) and if the toolbar followed as you scrolled it would save a substantial anount of time over the long haul.

Currently, I need to highlight the lines I want to bullet, scroll all the way up, click the bullet icon, and then scroll down.

For some roles, I need to scroll up, down, up, down etc.
